We are often accepting new patients. This can change quickly so please call the office for the most up to date information. We do run a wait list, so if you are without a family doctor, please call the office and add your name to our list. 

We do not provide after hours care. If you need medical attention after our regular clinic hours, please go to a walk in clinic or to your nearest emergency department. 

If you have a health related question, you can call 811, and speak to nurse for advice after hours. 

If you have a medical emergency, please call 911. 

We are not a walk-in clinic. If you are not a patient of ours, please visit a local walk-in clinic. These can be located by using MediMap or Pathways-Cowichan.

ValleyView Medical Centre, is a nearby walk-in clinic that is open 7 days a week. They located at the ValleyView centre in Cobble Hill. You can reach the clinic by calling  250-743-0793. 

Please do not call for your test results. Our receptionists are not able to discuss your test results or provide medical advice. When your test results are received at the clinic, the doctor will review them. We will call you only if a result needs to be discussed with you or further testing or treatment is required. Most people will not receive a call. If you wish to discuss your results, please book an appointment with your doctor.

Please call our office as soon as you realize you will not be able to keep your appointment. We prefer all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to give another patient the opportunity to be seen. Appointments cancelled the same day may be subject to charges.

Our office does use email to communicate and to send documents to and from patients. Our doctors do not respond to emails. This email is not used in lieu of phoning the clinic. It should not be used to book appointments, or to address any concerns.
